Tony MADE IT!!!!

Kami Bohner, Nilesha Mohre, Chris Wittler and Tony Day of the Aiki Te Ryu Karate Kai underwent a 7 and a half hour long Shodan belt examination at the Aiki Te Ryu Honbu Dojo in Bryan, Ohio on June 12th and 13th to earn their black belts. Each student completed a written examination, thesis paper, instructor overview grading and physical exam to become the newest black belts in the Aiki Te Ryu Karate system. The exam was finalized on Sunday June 14th at a special formal tea and belt award ceremony hosted by Franz Shihan.
